Congratulations to the Nunthorpe in Bloom group who won another Gold Award in this year’s Nothumbria in Bloom competition. Well done also to Nunthorpe Village for picking up a Merit Award and to Nunthorpe Hall who gained a Bronze Certificate. The residents of Bowland Close also won a Community Gold Award, as did the Nunthorpe Bowling Club. The Bloomers Group extend a huge thank you to all those who participated, especially the volunteers, schools, local business and the Parks Department.
